- If the project has been approved, finalized, or delivered in full, a refund will not be applicable.
- No refunds are provided for change-of-mind cancellations once work has commenced.
Non-Refundable Situations
- If you have approved the final design or website.
- If work has progressed beyond the initial concepts and revisions have been provided.
- If you fail to provide required information or feedback within the project timeline.
- Domain registration, hosting services, third-party tools, and add-ons are non-refundable.
Revision and Resolution
Before a refund is processed, our team will work with you to resolve any issues and provide revisions
as per your selected package. We aim for 100% customer satisfaction, and refunds are
considered a last resort when resolution is not possible.

- Our team will review your request within 5-7 business days.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
